I am the award-winning author of Blast Radius: Shrapnel, Shards, and Scars from the Lies I Lived, a deeply personal memoir that explores what happens when the stories we live by fracture—and how clarity, courage, and truth can emerge from the aftermath. Through honest reflection and lived experience, I write about resilience, reckoning, and the quiet power of choosing authenticity over survival mode.
At its heart, Blast Radius is about what becomes possible when we stop performing and start telling the truth—about our lives, our choices, and ourselves. It is a reminder that even in our most fractured moments, growth and renewal are still within reach.
