Here are 3 ways to have a great week . . .


It is Monday and we always believe something wonderful will happen so here are three ways to have a great week from The Whine Bar by Ally Brown CPC


Improve your mood, increase your energy and lower your stress in just 10 minutes . . .


- Take a brisk walk. If the weather allows you to get outside take a walk around the block, if not, around the building will work too.

- Tune out the world by listening to calming music while relaxing with a warm beverage. Maybe try a cappuccino and light jazz for example.
